Our minimum qualifications include:
- A minimum three-year business history
- Competitive pricing and cost saving solutions
- Service (on-time delivery)
- Quality assurance
- Proven financial viability
- Geographic scope (i.e. national or regional distribution)
- Value added capabilities
- Risk management requirements
- Hospitality references a plus

Due to the very large number of registrants and inquiries that we receive, we are unable to provide you with a reply, other than an acknowledgement of your registration. However, keep in mind that sourcing managers have access to your information and may contact you for further information, if a sourcing opportunity arises related to your submission.

but that such acceptance and subsequent listing may only provide your company potential opportunities

Supplier Diversity initiative. We are fully committed to implementing a robust and effective supplier diversity initiative across
our entire corporation and strongly encourage our suppliers to do the same.
If you are a prime supplier to Wyndham Worldwide and have been asked to report your diverse spend into the Wyndham Worldwide
Tier-2 Reporting System, please login to begin the reporting process. You will need the User Name and Password which were sent to
you via email by CVM Solutions. If you need to access the Tier-2 reporting system but have not been provided a User Name and Password,
please send an email requesting access to:

Wyndham Worldwide is looking to obtain the following from your company:
- Direct tier-two diverse supplier spend: Your company's spend with certified diverse suppliers as a direct result of Wyndham Worldwide Corporation
or any of its units' business with your company.
- Indirect tier-two diverse supplier spend: Your company's spend with certified diverse suppliers as an indirect result of Wyndham Worldwide Corporation
or any of its units' business with your company (i.e., janitorial services/supplies, landscaping services, office supplies, etc.)
based on a percentage of our business with you as compared to your overall sales revenue.
